Wir stellen uns die Frage nach dem Auftauchen der Idee des befreiten Körpers im Kontext verschiedener Zeitepochen. Gibt es Phänomene die sich wiederholen? Wo wurden möglicherweise Impulse gesetzt? Schlagworte wie Repräsentation, Körper, Sex, Subjekt /Objekt, Provokation und Intersubjektivität begleiten uns durch die Recherche.

wir wollen anhand einiger beispiele aus dem archiv die frage stellen, was ein "normaler" körper ist. Gibt es einen normativen körper im zeitgenössichen tanz bzw. körper, die nicht als normativ wahrgenommen werden und welche weiterführenden fragen entstehen hieraus.

we ask about the appearance of the concept of the liberated body in different eras. Are there repeating phenomena? Which artist might have given Impulses towards performing arts? Keywords like representation, body, sex/ gender, subject / object, provocation and intersubjectivity are guiding us through the research.

supported by visual material of the archive of the mime centrum we will ask questions about the “normative body”. Does the “normative body” exist in the field of contemporary dance, respectively bodies which are not being considered as normative? What are the questions that can emerge from this issue?
